Outreach Support

We deliver outreach support on behalf of the SEN team at Cheshire West and Chester (CWaC) local authority. Referrals go through the CWaC SEN team in the first instance via this referral form. Referrals then get directed to us when appropriate.

Our staff have a wide range of specialist knowledge about SEND across all key stages. The objective of the outreach programme is to support pupils with SEND to succeed and achieve in their mainstream settings. The outreach and in-reach services aim to develop confidence and knowledge of staff in mainstream schools. We can support with identification of need, development of strategies, programmes of intervention and staff training.

Jane Walsh is our Outreach Lead, providing advice and support to staff and pupils in mainstream settings. Jane can arrange training for your staff and suggest strategies to support your young person with their journey through school.
